I'm Roman, the owner of Drainblock Services, where we handle drain unblocking and maintenance for homes and businesses.

Expansion
Base Logic AI built 60 highly localised service pages for every area in Cornwall, set up a new phone system with 5 new local phone numbers, a new booking system, and a new job intelligence system for marketing campaigns based on regional issues and high-season jobs.
Drainblock Services quickly reached page 1 of Google for services across Cornwall, and more engineers have since been taken on as work increased.
Going Forward
Over the next 3 years or so, the focus shifts to business support systems for taking on more staff and buying more equipment, with the ultimate goal of franchising Drainblock Services.
Back In Control
The Base Logic AI CRM is the backbone of the business now. It keeps everything organised — tracking jobs, staying in touch with customers, and handling leads, payments, and appointments. Lead source is easy to see, whether it's the website or social media, which makes deciding where to put ad budget straightforward.
Taking payments is far easier too — processed right on the phone right after a job is done. No more chasing payments, which has made a real difference to cash flow.
